Valid state identification (Drivers license, State Issued Identification, Passport).Social Security Card - Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) requires a SS card for state licensure.Students are required to utilize the JCCC resource to be clinically compliant. Background check and Drug Screen - This will be completed on the first day of classes.Fully online courses will not be accepted. There must be an in person component to the course. CPR for Healthcare Providers - Our clinical sites will accept American Heart Association or American Red Cross.COVID-19 - Exemption requests (if needed) will be accepted on the first day of class.Clear chest X-Ray (Lab report required).QuantiFeron Gold Blood test (Lab report required).2 consecutive annual skin tests (administered 10-12 months apart).2 Step TB Skin Test (administered 1-3 weeks apart).
